A year ago this coming Wednesday, my book Among the Janeites: A Journey Through the World of Jane Austen Fandom was published.
Barring a surprise movie sale (Angelina Jolie can play me, natch), the book is never going to make me rich, but it’s been delightful to see – through dozens of reviews, guest posts and incidental mentions – that the work has connected with a community of readers around the world and across the Internet.
